Smart Card Issues and EPS

If you have any queries relating to smart card, (applying for a new card, expired smart card, etc.), then you need to log a call with the IT Helpdesk. Their contact number is 0121 411 0411.
Once you have lgged a call you will need to wait 48 – 72 hous before they get back to you. They will then take further details about your enquiry and book you in to sort out the issue you have.
