Pharmacy teams can get resources to help improve nutrition and hydration in older and vulnerable people in Oldham, as part of a new pilot in some areas of Greater Manchester. The resources available include staff training/education, information booklets for patients/customers, and paper armbands that help identify people who may be at risk due to low BMI. Pharmacies may also find this visual checklist helpful. For more information, contact your local project lead: Marie Price, 07764 734745, email@example.com.
