LPC Leaders Forum: Working Together to Lead and Effect Change

A day for all LPC leaders
How can we share and build on good practice across regions? How can we find support for new and developing initiatives? How can we work together to put community pharmacy at the strategic heart of primary health provision?
This day is for LPC leaders who have something to contribute and who want to listen to and learn from other LPC leaders. It offers an opportunity for the aspiring leaders from the 2016 and 2017 Leadership Academy development programme to take the next step up and become part of a network with established LPC leaders.
This is an excellent chance for LPC leaders, movers and shakers to share good practice and access peer support; a day for LPC leaders to work together on LPC strategic planning; a day to enhance leadership skills; a day for LPC leaders to identify and action plan common LPC challenges; a day to enjoy with other LPC leaders from across the country.
The day, facilitated by Rachel Harrison who leads PSNC’s Leadership Academy, is for experienced LPC officers, members and staff such as LPC Chairs, Chief Officers, LPC work stream leads; people who are established and recognised as leaders in their LPC work; people who want to get things done and make a difference; people who recognise that by working together, sharing and support, community pharmacy can thrive.
When: Wednesday 27th September 2017 (10.30am-4pm)
Where: Meliá White House, London
Places are limited so early booking is highly advisable. Initially there will be the opportunity of one place for each LPC; any places taken up by the 2016 and 2017 Leadership Academy cohorts will not count towards the place available to another leader from the LPC. We will let LPCs know if additional places become available.
To cover the meeting and facilitation costs there is a contribution of £130.
Important – If you are an LPC leader and would like to be part of the day, please discuss with your LPC first to ensure just one LPC member or staff member is registered with the support of the LPC.
