LPC Masterclass – Getting your message across

Presenting a business case or a proposal for a service redesign; promoting community pharmacy services to commissioners; getting the message across to your contractors about the work the LPC does on their behalf and the LPC’s plans for the future; getting the message across to contractors about the need to deliver locally commissioned services; the changes to the community pharmacy contractual framework. These are all cases where LPC members and officers need to have the communication skills to do the work effectively and professionally.

Using some of the upcoming issues of 2015, this LPC Masterclass focus is on how you can best achieve clarity of message and clarity of delivery: that’s all about knowing what you want to say and then shaping it in a way that works best for the people that you are communicating with.

The day brings together the influencing, presentation and writing skills you need to get your messages across and get the results you want.

Facilitating the day

The day is led by Rachel Harrison who ran the Coaching and Mentoring seminar earlier in 2014. The feedback was outstanding.

Rachel works internationally:  in the last fifteen years, she has worked in 31 countries on three continents offering her extensive experience in the healthcare, arts, media and education sectors.

Rachel brings energy and humour to her work as a consultant and trainer, creating a learning environment which stimulates challenges and encourages people to think differently.

With Rachel’s facilitation LPCs will be able to work together for the day, to plan for the year ahead, leaving with the ability and confidence to construct and deliver clear messages.
