PSNC Training Event – Market Entry Masterclass

Wednesday, 27 April, 2016

A must for all LPCs members the Market Entry Master Class provides in depth training day on the market entry regulations. This is the last time we are running the course in its current form.

The day is to ensure that LPCs have sufficient skills and competence to advise on the regulations, deal with consultation requests, and to support existing contractors.

The day includes:

  • PNA Regulations
  • Market Entry Regulations
  • Routine applications
  • Distance selling application
  • Relocations
  • Market Exit
  • LPC Processes

The day will involve presentations and discussions with practical exercises based on real applications and scrutiny of PNAs. Each delegate will get a copy of the regulations to use during the exercises and to keep for future reference.

As this is a repeat training day it is not aimed at those LPC members who have previously attended a Regulations Master Class. The day will be invaluable to both those with no training on the regulations and those LPCs members who have a good understanding (the summary of the provisions at the start will bring those with limited knowledge quickly up to speed and provide a refresher for others).

Leading the day: PSNC’s Director of Regulation and Support, Steve Lutener.
