The Department of Health have granted the following price concessions for the month of February 2014:

  • Amiloride 5mg tablets (28) – £20.61
  • Co-amoxiclav 250/125 tablets (21) – £3.50
  • Co-amoxiclav 500/125 tablets (21) – £7.17
  • Gabapentin 100mg capsules (100) – £5.00
  • Gabapentin 300mg capsules (100) – £10.00
  • Mebeverine 135mg tablets (100) – £18.00
  • Prednisolone 5mg tablets (28) – £1.94
  • Propanolol 10mg tablets (28) – £5.80
  • Propranolol 40mg tablets (28) – £5.70
  • Propranolol 80mg tablets (56) – £6.50


No additional endorsements are required for price concessions.

Note: NCSO/price concessions agreed with the Department of Health only lasts for the month in which it is granted.

Contractors will be alerted to any updates through our website and via our e-news email.  If you wish to subscribe to our email list, you can receive an email as soon as any announcements are made.

 If you have problems obtaining a Part VIII product or problems obtaining the product at the set Drug Tariff price, please report the issue to PSNC using the online feedback form on the PSNC Website. If you have been able to source the product, please provide full details of the supplier and price paid. PSNC will investigate the extent of the problem and if appropriate discuss the issue with the Department of Health.
