NHS England seeks photos for pharmacy campaign

October 11, 2017

As reported earlier this month, NHS England is planning a campaign aiming to increase use of community pharmacy services. They would like to feature real community pharmacists and their teams in the campaign materials.

NHS England is looking for pharmacists or pharmacy technicians who work in community pharmacies to volunteer to feature on the ‘Stay Well Pharmacy’ campaign materials. Some photos were taken at this year’s Pharmacy Show, but if the photographers missed you or you didn’t attend the show you can still put yourself forward by emailing a photo.

Following this initial scouting phase, NHS England will narrow down the list and contact successful candidates to take part in a professional photoshoot. NHS England would also like for these ‘faces of pharmacy’ to be available for media interviews once the campaign has launched.

So, if you’d like to be considered for this campaign, please send a headshot (a photo taken on a mobile phone is absolutely fine) and the following details to campaign@psnc.org.uk.

  • Your name;
  • Pharmacy address;
  • Contact telephone number; and
  • Job title/role.

NHS England will get in touch directly if you are chosen to take part in the professional photoshoot for the campaign.
