Prioritising services, improving outcomes e-learning

The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) has published its latest e-learning programme, Prioritising services, improving outcomes.

The aims of the programme are to explain the underlying principles of patient-centred pharmacy services and to help participants identify and overcome the main barriers to effective service delivery.

Pharmacy teams across the country will also be sharing the successful approaches they have taken, in order to help fellow learners further drive their practice and implement new techniques to deliver high quality and effective patient services.
