#PSNCtalk video on the EPS submission process published

PSNC and pharmacyTALK have published a video providing guidance for community pharmacy teams on submitting payment claims via the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS).

During the video below, Daniel Ah-Thion, Community Pharmacy IT lead at PSNC, discusses how the submission process works for electronic prescriptions and explains the importance of the five day payment window. He also clarifies which tokens need to be sent to the Pricing Authority, as well as highlighting useful resources on the PSNC website.

This video is the fourth in the monthly #PSNCtalk series. The series aims to help those who work in community pharmacy by sharing guidance and offering advice, as well as making pharmacy staff aware of the vast range of PSNC resources available and where to find them. New videos will be published both here on the PSNC website and will also be available from the pharmacyTALK website (you can register for the pharmacyTALK forum here).
