Quality Payments: April declaration data published

October 2, 2017

The NHS Business Service Authority (NHS BSA) has today published the declaration data for the April review point of the Quality Payments Scheme.

The data provides a breakdown of the number of contractors who declared that they met the gateway criteria and the number of contractors who declared they met the individual quality criteria.

To accompany this data, NHS England has published an infographic which highlights the headline figures from the declaration data as well as a presentation, which provides further information on the Quality Payments Scheme.

Commenting on the publication of the data, Alastair Buxton, Director of NHS Services at PSNC, said:

“It is great to be able to see the breakdown of data from the April review point of the Quality Payments Scheme which shows the phenomenal engagement of pharmacy teams.

I would like to congratulate pharmacy teams on their hard work and the data speaks for itself; pharmacy teams have again shown that they can deliver at short notice.

I would also like to remind contractors of the resources that are available from PSNC for the November review point of the Quality Payments Scheme, all of which can be found at psnc.org.uk/quality and look forward to seeing the number of declarations made at this review point, which will hopefully build again on the great work achieved at the April review point.”
