Description

An agreement between the local authority and the provider for the provision of local chlamydia screening, testing, and treatment community based service.
The pharmacist will provide targeted and opportunistic chlamydia screening to 15-24 year olds who are sexually active. They will provide treatment and initiate partner notification processes for all provider patients aged 15-24 years who have a positive diagnosis, to prevent onward transmission.
