Description

This service encourages patients to self-refer to the community pharmacy, when appropriate. The community pharmacist will provide advice, and where necessary prescribe for a range of minor conditions and acute illnesses taking account of (but not limited to) national and locally agreed prescribing protocols (e.g. Cumbria antibiotic formulary, Lothian formulary, etc).
