Description

The purpose of this pilot project is to offer people with limited mobility, or who are housebound, and are in receipt of regular deliveries of prescription medicines from their local pharmacy, the opportunity to support medicines management with information and advice about medication regimen and other support information in the context of health literacy.

This service is delivered by pharmacy technicians.
