All pharmacies accredited to provide the scheme will be able to access the new Pharmoutcomes platform “Pharmacy First” via their usual login details. Please note that Sandwell community pharmacies are currently accredited for 1 month as a funding decision is still awaited by SWB CCG. Attached is the up to date Service Specification and Formulary. The Standard Operating Procedure template will be attached in a separate listing on this forum. Participating GP practices have received a copy of the specification, a GP reception protocol and list of accredited pharmacies. As the service is newly launched, please bear with us whilst we resolve any minor glitches. Should you have any queries, please email me directly on email@example.com
Pharmacy First Poster
Pharmacy_First_-_CCG_List – The LPCs and LPN have worked collaboratively with NHS England to support and successfully ensure implementation of a 6 month pilot of the Pharmacy First Scheme across accredited Pharmacies in Birmingham (previous providers of the MAS scheme only), Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton. There are a large number of Dudley and Wolverhampton accredited pharmacies who have not yet taken up the opportunity to start delivering the scheme – we would urge you please to access the Pharmoutcomes website and commence provision of the scheme to support minor ailment service provision and access for your local population. Dudley Contractors should have received log in details from CSU – any queries please contact the Pharmoutcomes Helpdesk via https://pharmoutcomes.org/pharmoutcomes/help/home Attached is a list of all participating GP practices by CCG area and the full service specification which can also be downloaded from Pharmoutcomes in Stage 2 of the scheme. Provided an eligible patient is registered to one of these GPs, you can register them for the scheme
