NHS IT/EPS alerts about status and sign-up process

Pharmacy staff team members should register to receive NHS EPS/IT alerts by text /email issued when national NHS Digital systems are experiencing issues.

NHS Digital may send alerts when the national system is unavailable or problematic and later, a further alert advising when normal service is resumed. This could advise you about the status of EPS, Spine, NHSmail and other NHS IT.

Your PMR supplier may advise when it is an issue that is limited to users of their system.
