Wigan Trust Now Live with TCAM (29/03/21)

GMLPC have been informed by Health Innovation Manchester (HIM) that Wigan Trust will be going live with Transfer of Care Around Medicines (TCAM) on Monday 29th March 2021.

Please note: The new Discharge Medicines Service (DMS) module is now live on PharmOutcomes. All trusts that were previously TCAM sites, and any sites planning to go live in the future, will now be processed via this module.

We encourage contractors to watch this 4 minute PharmOutcomes training video which will be helpful for pharmacy teams receiving and managing DMS referrals.

Further information on DMS, including a video recording of the DMS support webinar hosted by GMHCA can be found on the GMLPC website.

We advise that you prepare for DMS by completing the necessary training as per PSNC advice. Details can be found on the PSNC website.

If you require further support with the above, please contact enquiries@gmlpc.org.uk.
