Equality in later life and ageing well

Thursday 15th July – 10:00-11:00

Many older LGBT+ people face living with unmet care and support needs. Older LGBT+ individuals report poorer health than the general population and worse experiences of healthcare particularly in cancer, palliative/ end-of-life, dementia and mental health provision. The final webinar in this series will explore the health inequalities of older LGBT+ adults and share guidance and good practice for improving older LGBT+ health outcomes.
