Community pharmacy contractors are reminded that they have until MIDNIGHT on Saturday 24th July 2021 to complete the Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF) screening questionnaire for each of their NHS pharmacies.

You now have 4 days to complete this survey.

Pharmacies must complete the CPAF every year.

This is mandatory for all Community Pharmacies and is a demonstration of compliance with the community pharmacy contract. .

The process includes a short questionnaire, consisting of 10 questions. Information collected from this questionnaire helps to identify whether a pharmacy needs visiting.

If a pharmacy is considered for a visit, the full, comprehensive CPAF pre-visit questionnaire will be initiated by the GMHSCP and you could be in breach of your contract.

GMLPC have today emailed those pharmacies who are yet to complete the survey. Please read this email carefully and submit your completed survey via the Manage Your Service (MYS) Portal.
