NHS Choices: your pharmacy’s entry
All NHS services – including community pharmacies – need to be listed in NHS Choices. You must also ensure that your entry is up to date in order to meet the gateway criteria for Quality Payments. You can receive an additional 5 Quality Payments points by ensuring that the results of your most recent patient experience survey are published on your NHS Choices page. The survey must have been carried out within the last 12 months.
How to edit and update your NHS Choices entry
The NHS Choices Service Desk will help you register as an administrator and provide training and support to help you manage your entry. Please be aware that contract regulations mean you need to get approval from your local commissioning team before changing information.
