Safeguarding: guidance & signposting
Safeguarding is about making sure that children and vulnerable adults are safe from harm such as neglect or abuse. Pharmacists and pharmacy teams have a duty to report any concerns they have about the safety of a child or vulnerable adult (e.g. someone with a learning disability, mental ill health or dementia).
