Register EoI for Supervised Consumption & Needle Exchange Service

Please can we urge all contractors who wish to provide or continue to provide the Supervised consumption of methadone & buprenorphine and/or  Needle and Syringe Programmed to register their Expression Of Interest (EoI) to Turning Point by Friday 16th June. To do this please follow the following steps:

1. Please read the model community pharmacy enhanced agreements and discuss with relevant personnel, which was emailed to all contractors by your LPC Cell Lead.  Please note that all pharmacies will be given an agreed grace period of three months to complete the CPPE training and Declaration of Competence required under the new arrangements.

2. If you would like your pharmacy to be considered for these enhanced services then please email Hemang Patel at by 16th June 2017 outlining:

· Which service you would like to be considered for as part of the needs assessment review (Supervised consumption, Needle and Syringe Programme or both) and

· Contact details (email and telephone number) of the lead pharmacist in your community pharmacy responsible for overseeing the substance misuse enhanced services
