Supporting vulnerable patients from medically under-served groups
New eLearning resource to improve pharmacist care to marginalised groups
Dear LPC Contractor,
We are a team of researchers from the University of Nottingham. We have co-developed a new eLearning resource to improve pharmacist care to marginalised groups. When accessing health and screening services, vulnerable patients from these groups face greater challenges when comparted with the rest of the population. The resource seeks to raises awareness and suggests practical ways for pharmacists and health professionals to improve care.
We are in the process of disseminating the resource. Please can you make the resource available to your contractors. You are welcome to upload this on to your website. The resource is free for you to circulate and use.
The “Supporting vulnerable patients from medically under-served groups” resource can be accessed here:
We would love to hear feedback on the resource and whether this has improved care to marginalised patient groups.
