 Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Leicestershire and Rutland Local Pharmaceutical Committee – Monday 23 September 2019

The Annual General Meeting of Leicestershire and Rutland Local Pharmaceutical Committee will be held on Monday 23 September 2019 at the 

Holiday Inn Express, Raw Dykes Road, Filbert Way LE2 7FL

commencing at 6:15 pm (buffet) and 7pm start

This is your opportunity to meet with LPC members and to hear about the work the LPC undertakes on your behalf, future Plans for 2019/2020 and provide your views.
The LPC has invited guest speakers – Liam Stapleton, pharmacy training consultant with many years of experience of helping pharmacy businesses improve their profitability, Richard Chapman GPhC Inspector, and Garry Myers PSNC Regional Representative.
We would strongly encourage you to attend this meeting to ensure you hear an update on regulating registered pharmacies, new developments in pharmacy and professional standards to improve patient safety, quality of care to patients and how to maximise pharmacy profit

 Please click on the survey monkey link below and simply complete your name and Pharmacy details to confirm your attendance by Friday 20 September 2019.

 Please note that we require the numbers to plan for catering so please complete this at the earliest opportunity.  

The annual accounts, reports, agenda, postal voting form and draft minutes from the last AGM will be sent on a separate email, also please look out for your pack which will be sent by post, as this includes additional LPC information. 

 If you are unable to attend the AGM, please complete the postal voting form, sent separately by email later this week. This can be completed and sent to Leicestershire and Rutland LPC Offices, 54 Brandon Street, Leicester, LE4 6AW. A postal vote will only be valid if it is received on Friday 20 September 2019 by 5pm at the latest. A contractor who has sent a postal vote may attend and vote at the AGM. However, he/she must notify their presence to the Chief Officer at the meeting and their postal vote will then be invalid.
