Campaign/event tips

  • Use this campaign/event as an opportunity to highlight the available stop smoking services in your pharmacy, if available
  • Offer carbon monoxide, COPD or lung age testing if this facility is available
  • Consider using your web or social media presence (if you have once) to highlight your campaign – this could be particularly helpful in engaging with young people
  • Consider encouraging staff and customers to make a pledge to the Breathe 2025 project, and share smoking cessation programmes, activity and campaigns with the Breathe 2025 project
