Governance Documents for Nottinghamshire LPC are available below. These are reviewed and updated yearly.
Self Evaluation – Members go through this section by section and ensure that we are hitting the criteria needed and discuss if anything needs to be changed.
Constitution – members constantly review the constitution and check that the LPC are following this in all aspects of their work. There is a governance section at the beginning of the LPC monthly meeting agenda’s and there is a Governance sub-group.
Also members complete a Code of Conduct / Declaration of Interest form yearly which the LPC secretary keeps and brings to each LPC meeting – these are available to review in the table of LPC members on the next page.

Changes to the LPC constitution- November 2014
Contractors voted for the latest LPC constitution in November 2014 (102 votes for the change were received (postal and in person). No votes against were received)
