LPCs are working with PSNC to ensure there will be no breach notices so long as NHSE are informed and sensible processes are followed, but it will be very hard to defend a situation where notifications have not been made without good reason.

The LPC have spoken with NHS, CCG and LMC colleagues across the system to keep them updated of current pressures community pharmacy is facing and will pass on further information  as it becomes available.

We have some limited offers of people resource that could be deployed to help the most needy pharmacies to cover for an hour or two to help with queries or manage patient demands.  Please get in touch with Alison if this may be of assistance and keep us posted of the situation on the battle front.
