Virtual Event: June Meeting of LPCs and PSNC
Wednesday, 23 June, 2021
Description: During this virtual meeting, LPC Chairs and Chief Officers will receive an update from PSNC CEO Simon Dukes, have the chance to ask the PSNC Leadership Team questions, and attend a session run by Make, the company engaged by PSNC to relaunch and upgrade the PSNC and LPC websites.
Part of the event will focus on Integrated Care Systems (ICS). There will be keynote speakers from the NHS and an opportunity for LPC Chief Officers to discuss progress and share their plans on engagement across the 42 emerging ICS in England.
There will also be a session for LPC Chairs and/or members that will focus on the practical aspects of LPC governance, including the new LPC finance guide. During this session, HR experts will provide an overview of those things that LPCs need to consider as employers as COVID restrictions continue to ease, and employees begin to return to the workplace or transition to a more permanent work from home arrangement.
Finally, the Pharmacy Representation Review Steering Group (RSG) programme team will update the latest progress against the plan following feedback from LPCs, PSNC, trade bodies and contractors, and inform LPCs on the next stages and how they can get involved.
Please note: Registrations to this virtual event are limited to two people per LPC: this could be the Chair and Chief Officer, but LPCs are free to send other representatives if they wish.
