In her latest blog, PSNC CEO Janet Morrison explains how we will use the Pharmacy Pressures Survey in our influencing and campaigning work, and asks pharmacy owners and teams across England to respond to it. Results from this nationwide survey will help us to demonstrate the scale of the pressures that the community pharmacy sector is now under. It will also provide important data for use in future negotiations and our work to influence Government.
The results will also be used as part of the joint #SaveOurPharmacies campaign. Janet explains that the information we capture will be put to maximum use, in short – the more responses we can gather, the more impactful our data and negotiations will be.

“The strain on pharmacies at the moment is intolerable and we are fighting hard to increase pressure on the Government and NHS to urgently resolve the funding, workforce and capacity issues engulfing our sector. We are making sure Ministers know just how difficult it is right now, and we are doing everything in our power to persuade them to take action to help. There’s never been a more important time to share your views with us.”
