As planned, Simon Dukes has now stepped down from his role as Chief Executive of PSNC.
PSNC’s Appointments Panel are in the process of recruiting a replacement, supported by executive search agency Odgers Berndtson, and hope to be in a position to update the sector later in the autumn as planned. This is a critical appointment for both PSNC and the sector, coming ahead of a time of change for PSNC and the LPCs as well as further intense negotiations including looking ahead to what comes after the end of the current five-year CPCF deal.
During the interim period, PSNC’s work supporting the sector and negotiating on its behalf will continue unchanged. The Directors at PSNC will lead the executive functions, and this will continue to be overseen by the PSNC Committee, including the Negotiating Team.
