Pharmacist and GP collaboration study: call for participants

Pharmacy teams are being invited to participate in a research study which aims to help community pharmacists and GPs work in a more collaborative way. The research team are looking for a wide range of participants, including community pharmacists and their teams.

Participants in this study, will be asked to complete three online questionnaires between April and November 2021. The questionnaires will either be emailed or posted to participants’ home or place of work, to complete in their own time. Each questionnaire will take around 30 minutes to complete.

After completing the expression of interest form, you will be sent a Participant Information Sheet, which contains more details on the purpose of the study, how it will be carried out, participant compensation and contact details of the research team.


The study is being led by Simon Harris, a community pharmacist from Green Light Pharmacy in London. Simon is being supported by Dr Lizzie Mills from UCL School of Pharmacy and Dr Simon White and Dr Rebecca Venables from Keele University. The research team all have a special interest in the ways that health professionals, particularly community pharmacists and GPs, work together and have been carrying out research on this topic since 2015.
