Pharmacy IT infrastructure – share your feedback

PSNC, working with the Community Pharmacy IT Group (CP ITG), has launched a survey to gather feedback about community pharmacy IT infrastructure.

Please complete the short IT arrangements survey here.

We would like to hear the views of community pharmacy teams, as well as those working in multiple group head offices, who may complete the survey in relation to specific pharmacies. All responses will be anonymous and the results will be shared with Patient Medication Record (PMR) system suppliers.

The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on your answers.

Why is this survey important?

This survey will help shape the IT priorities of the CP ITG and system suppliers. PSNC and the CP ITG would like to hear the views of all community pharmacy contractors.
