PQS: Anticoagulant audit data

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has published a spreadsheet showing which community pharmacy contractors have currently submitted their anticoagulant data as part of the requirements of the Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) 2021/22.

As part of the Medicines safety and optimisation domain of the PQS, contractors are required to have submitted their anticoagulant audit data for a minimum of 15 patients via the NHSBSA Manage Your Service (MYS) portal by 31st March 2022.

If contractors are showing as having submitted data for 15 or more patients (highlighted in green on the spreadsheet) no further action is required to meet this requirement.

Contractors are reminded that they need to submit their data (the ‘submit’ button must be clicked once contractors have entered the data onto MYS); just entering the data onto MYS will not meet the requirement.

Further information on the other requirements of the Medicines safety and optimisation domain can be found on the PSNC PQS hub page (scroll down and click on the ‘Medicines safety and optimisation domain’ section).
