PQS reminder: Declaration closes this Wednesday

THIS CONTENT HAS NOW EXPIRED

Over 7,200 community pharmacy contractors have made their PQS declaration; have you made your declaration yet?

Community pharmacy contractors are reminded that they have until 11.59pm on Wednesday (2nd March 2022) to make their Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) 2021/22 declaration as the window for claiming this payment will then close.

When making a PQS declaration on the NHS Business Services Authority’s Manage Your Service (MYS) platform, contractors are encouraged to use the ‘Back’ button within MYS (please see screenshot below) if they want to return to a previous page, for example, to check an answer to a previous question, rather than the button on the internet browser as this is how MYS is set up to be used.
If contractors do use the button on the internet browser and find they are unable to progress with their PQS declaration, they should email the MYS team (nhsbsa.mys@nhs.net) immediately to alert them to the problem. The MYS team will not be available after 4.30pm on Wednesday to respond to emails until the following day therefore contractors are encouraged to not leave making their PQS declaration to the last minute in case they experience any issues.

Contractors are reminded that an extension has been agreed for meeting the requirements of the PQS 2021/22; however, contractors must make their declaration based on what they intend to meet by the extension deadline, by 11.59pm on Wednesday 2nd March 2022.
