Final reminder: Smartcard access to MYS portal ends Sunday 16 May 2021

THIS CONTENT HAS NOW EXPIRED

After Sunday 16 May 2021 contractors will be unable to access the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal using their NHS Smartcards. According to the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA), 43 active users of MYS have yet to register for MYS access using their NHSmail login credentials.

Smartcard users have until 11.59pm on Sunday 16 May to register for access to MYS using their NHSmail login credentials before their access to MYS via Smartcards is withdrawn.

Pharmacy contractors can currently access MYS using either their NHSmail login credentials, or their NHS Smartcards. Around 98% of pharmacies in England are already registered to use the portal using the ‘Login with NHSmail’ method. To register for MYS access using their NHSmail, contractors must download and complete the form on the NHSBSA website and send it to nhsbsa.mys@nhs.net.

You must register so you can claim for services including:

  • NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS)
  • Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS)
  • NHS Discharge Medicines Service (DMS)
  • Community Pharmacy COVID-19 Lateral Flow Device Distribution Service
  • end of month’ FP34C digital submission
