Self Care Week 2021
Self Care Week, which is an annual national awareness week that focuses on providing support for self care across communities and families, will be running again this year on 15th-21st November 2021.
The Self Care Forum is inviting pharmacy teams to participate in the campaign. * This year the theme is ‘Practise self care for life’.
A number of resources are available from the Self Care Forum to support pharmacy teams who plan to get involved in Self Care Week including:
- Self care aware fact sheets; and
- An ideas for pharmacy activity resource, which provides suggestions and ideas for pharmacies to get involved in promoting Self Care Week.
Further resources including social media assets, posters and an image for digital screens are also available on the Self Care Forum website.
