Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has today (28/09/2018) set the FINAL price concessions for September 2018. 

Price Concession Correction 1st October 2018 update – Due to a transcription error, the following products were omitted from the final update published on 28/09/2018:

Please include full details of the supplier and price paid for any products sourced above the Drug Tariff price. PSNC will investigate the extent of the problem and if appropriate discuss the issue with DHSC.
