Showcase your work during #Pharmacy24

A social media event celebrating the work of pharmacy is due to take place tomorrow, Wednesday 7th April 2021, and PSNC has created some templates to help pharmacy teams and LPCs to get involved.
During the 24-hour period, anyone working in the pharmacy sector is invited to share examples of how they support patients across all social media platforms with the hashtag #Pharmacy24. This year’s themes are pharmacy’s role in the pandemic and diversity within the sector.
In the past 12 months pharmacy has risen to the challenge of a global pandemic and continued to provide great care. The organisers of #Pharmacy24 are encouraging pharmacies to share their stories and they say: “This could include examples of care you provide, how the pandemic has changed your practice, the way care is now being delivered to patients and examples of our contributions to the COVID-19 vaccination programme.”
You may wish to prepare lines, images or videos in advance but, whatever you can manage, this is the day to show everyone the value of what you do on a daily basis. PSNC has been working with the other national pharmacy bodies to support this event. We have also created social media templates to provide inspiration and make it easier for people to join in.
