Technical issues with display of CPCS claims in MYS

Manage Your Service (MYS) users will have received an email from the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) informing them of an issue relating to the totals of Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) claims displayed in the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal. 

If contractors have recently amended a record on their point of care system for the CPCS, the overall claim totals displayed in the MYS portal may not match the contractors updated records.

The NHSBSA has confirmed that the issue is only affecting the data displayed on screen. They are continuing to receive updated records from point of care systems as normal and the data they have received is correct so the issue will not affect any CPCS claims or payments. The NHSBSA apologise for any inconvenience caused and their technical team is working to refresh the data displayed in MYS portal.

NHSBSA will update contractors as soon as the issue is resolved.
