Serious Shortage Protocols (SSPs) webinar

Community Pharmacy England Director of Operations and Support, Gordon Hockey, hosted this webinar on 18th July 2019 to help community pharmacy contractors to understand SSPs and what they mean for pharmacies.
During the webinar, Gordon explained what an SSP is, clarified situations when they may be used, described what they may involve, and talked through the decisions you may need to make when one is in place. Community Pharmacy England Drug Tariff and Reimbursement Manager, Suraj Shah, was also on hand to explain the endorsement and claiming process. Note: The webinar refers to old SSP endorsing guidance.
