Notifying NHS England prior to providing the NMS

Before community pharmacy contractors can begin providing the NMS they must inform their local NHS England team of their intention to do so; this notification must be made using the NMS Pharmacy Contractor Declaration Form.

Contractors should email the completed form to their local NHS England team:

Claiming payment

The Pricing Authority will make payments to contractors based on their declaration of the number of completed NMS in a month.
