Exeter Court Hotel, Exeter. EX6 7UX

These two linked workshops are aimed at any pharmacists planning to tutor a pre-registration pharmacist in 2018/19 whether or not they have already tutored pre-registration pharmacists previously. They will enable learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours as a pre-registration tutor, ensure quality and consistency and build local networks with other tutors from all sectors of practice.
The workshops have been developed in collaboration with Health Education England and will be running across the HEE South. You will need to attend both workshops.
On completion of all aspects of this learning programme you should be able to:

 give and receive developmental feedback
 develop networks with other local pre-registration pharmacist tutors.
Workshop 2
 assess various types of evidence effectively
 review progress in line with your trainee’s personal action plan
 assist trainees requiring additional support
 identify sources of support and guidance for yourself as a tutor
 network with other local pre-registration pharmacist tutors.
