Mary Seacole Leadership programme for community pharmacy

13th February 2018 ALL DAY EVENT

South West cohort will run at Padbrook Park hotel Cullompton, Devon EX15 1RU

This is a reminder that community pharmacists and pharmacy technicians have a wonderful opportunity to join an NHS Leadership Academy (NHSLA) Mary Seacole leadership programme for community pharmacy.

In this NHS-led flagship programme you will develop your leadership and management skills to enable you to further drive quality services in community pharmacy and improve outcomes for the people you see in your practice. This is an opportunity to continue to build on the leadership training that you may have already done for HLP accreditation and complete a nationally recognised leadership development programme.

The fee for this programme would normally be over £1700 per person, but your places are being fully funded via the Pharmacy Integration Fund (PhIF); an opportunity not to be missed!

Who is the programme for?
The programme is open to community pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in community pharmacy for at least 40% of their working week.

The programme runs for six months consisting of an online platform and three study days with the NHS leadership academy and a CPPE facilitator

The study days for the South West cohort will run at Padbrook Park hotel Cullompton, Devon EX15 1RU on the following dates:
Workshop 1: Tue 13 February 2018
Workshop 2: Tue 10 April 2018
Workshop 3: Tue 12 June 2018

Please see the attached flyer, six reasons to apply, FAQs and applicant guide for further information. A short video about the programme, details of other locations and dates and information about how to apply can be found on the CPPE leadership for community pharmacy webpage.
