Suffolk Mind

Suffolk Mind

Suffolk Mind is a registered Charity committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of people across the region.Suffolk LPC is working with our organisation to support communities across Suffolk to achieve good mental health and to access support services when needed.

We all have mental health as well as physical health and sometimes we have ill health.  We all move along a mental health ‘continuum’ and can be at different stages dependant on factors that affect our lives.  All of us are vulnerable to mental ill health.   We offer services that can support people and help them to build emotional resilience, whatever stage of the mental health continuum they are on.
All of our services are easy to access and with the exception of supported housing, you can self refer yourself by contacting us direct.  Our wide range of courses, training and 1-2-1 therapeutic services can not only help you to improve or maintain your mental wellbeing, they can also help you to support others.  Skills and learning can be applied to both home and work to help you get the best out of your life.   We deliver our services in 4 core areas:
