CANCELLED – Our Annual Contractor Event on September 20th 2017 has been cancelled due to low confirmed attendance, with an option to re-schedule this important update in the New Year.
Due to the low number of confirmed attendees at this event, the LPC has reluctantly taken the decision to cancel this important update with an option to re-schedule in the New Year. Anyone who had booked on to this event will receive direct confirmation of the cancellation.
We would like to remind contractors that they still have an opportunity to read the Annual Report and vote on the LPC accounts for the 2016/17 financial year. All postal votes should reach the LPC by close of business on Monday September 18th
To fulfil the AGM requirements, LPC officers will be at the Claydon County House Hotel 16-18 Ipswich Road Claydon, Ipswich IP6 0AR between 7 pm and 7:30 pm on Wednesday September 20th to talk to any contractors about the accounts or to receive votes in person.
