CPPE Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
Thursday, 21 September, 2017 19:30 - 21.30
Holiday Inn, London Rd, Ipswich, IP2 0UA
CPPE Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults – Event ID: 45948
CPPE will be running a face-to-face level 2 safeguarding event to help pharmacy professionals achieve Quality Payment criteria.
Completed your Level 2 safeguarding but want to know more about the local procedures?
The CPPE Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults workshop is an ideal opportunity for you to find out more about safeguarding in your locality. Local safeguarding expert Christine Hodby (Adult Safeguarding Lead Nurse for Suffolk) will be on hand to answer your questions and you’ll have an opportunity to discuss a number of safeguarding issues with your peers. This is an important but daunting area of practice and the opportunity to discuss with others will build both your competence and confidence in this area.
Remember, if you have a safeguarding concern, doing nothing is NEVER an option.
This event is free of charge and open to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pre-registration pharmacists. Light refreshments will be available from 7pm.
