Electronic Medicines Optimisation Pathway (EMOP) Pharmacy Engagement event

Tuesday, 3 July, 2018 7:30-9pm with food available from 7pm
Education Centre, West Suffolk Hospital, Hardwick Lane, Bury St. Edmunds IP33 2QZ

In July, West Suffolk Hospital will be launching a new electronic PharmOutcomes pathway for delivering hospital discharge information directly to Community Pharmacy, with further roll out to Waveney and Ipswich & East Suffolk due later in the year.

This event is primarily for pharmacies whose patients access secondary care services at  West Suffolk Hospital. All dispensary staff who deal with medication changes on discharge are welcome to attend.

Hospital Pharmacy colleagues and members of the CCG will also be invited making this an excellent networking opportunity.

This is an important and exciting opportunity for integrated working and all West Suffolk pharmacies are asked to send a representative to the event if at all possible.

Booking for this event has now closed
