Accreditation for Smoking Cessation service to be removed from PharmOutcomes

OneLife Suffolk have advised that all the pharmacies who have not signed up for the 20-21 Smoking Cessation Primary Care Contract will have their accreditation for smoking cessation removed from the PharmOutcomes at the beginning of October, if they choose not to sign-up and submit their contract to OneLife Suffolk by the end of September 2020.

This is a firm deadline and no extension for sign-up for this years contract will be made so please do make sure you sign-up if you would like to be able to deliver this service.
