Getting Ready for Flu

Getting Ready for Flu

July 29, 2020

The government recently announced that this year will see the most comprehensive flu programme in UK history rolled out this winter and with new groups of those eligible for the vaccination being expanded.

With this in mind, PharmOutcomes have launched new functionality to support this year’s NHS flu’ campaign. There are some new features this year that will be available to support NHS flu vaccinations including automated service claims to MYS portal, transfer of vaccine information to the patients GP practice, pre-consult via patient use of a QR code and an integration with patient access app for those pharmacies that use this feature. The new functionality aims to support community pharmacists to deliver as safe a service as possible.
