Need For Consultation Room – HLP Level 1

Need For Consultation Room – HLP Level 1

September 10, 2019

New Contract Requirement to be HLP1- Need for consultation room.

It will be a requirement in essential services for all pharmacies to meet the Healthy Living Pharmacy (Level 1) standards from 1st April 2020.This requires that the pharmacy has an appropriate consultation room.Clearly, if a pharmacy does not, then it will have significant contractual implications.

PSNC have asked our LPCs to identify how many (if any) pharmacies in our area currently cannot comply with this requirement. Please could you let your LPC know as soon as possible if you are affected by emailing info@suffolklpc.org.uk
