Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire (CPPQ)
All pharmacies are required to conduct an annual community pharmacy patient questionnaire (formerly referred to as the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire). The questionnaire allows patients to provide valuable feedback to community pharmacies on the services they provide.
In 2017/18, the CPPQ also formed part of the Quality Payment Scheme – ‘On the day of the review, the results of the Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire from the last 12 months is publicly available on the pharmacy’s NHS Choices page.’
